  6. What should I charge my clients?
    Depending on the different levels of service you are providing, you can choose to charge various rates. Example subscription rates that other trainers charge range from about $10-$15 a month for basic access with limited support all the way to $45-$60 a month or more for levels that include customized workout plans, email correspondence or even telephone based coaching.


  7. What will my eFitnessTracker Powered site look like?
    We offer a large range of color and graphical header combinations. In addition, you can request to use your own logo and colors during sign up. If you currently have a website, then we will match the look and feel of your current product.


  8. Can I get my own web address?
    Yes! When signing up for your Business Account, you will be asked to choose a simple free address such as myfitness.efitnesstracker.com. Or if you would like to have a more personal address, such as www.myfitness.com, then we will help with setup after you register the domain with a registrar, such as http://www.register.com.


  9. How can I customize my eFitnessTracker Powered site?
    You can customize your site with your own photos, articles, success stories, links, service & product information, and more! And for the clients that have login access, you will be able to provide them with custom workout routines, fitness plans, meal plans and additional services to help them to reach their goals. For health clubs, studios, and other fitness organizations, we will work with you to tailor the system to your needs to fit your services and business message.

    At just $9.95 a month, you will have personal trainer tools and personal trainer software at your fingertips.   12. How much does an eFitnessTracker Enterprise Account cost?
    The eFitnessTracker Enterprise Account license fee structure is based on active members in your eFitnessTracker account. A Enterprise Account has all features of a Fit Pro Business Account, plus additional features such as:
    1. Unlimited trainer accounts (each has their own login, clients, calendar, etc)
    2. All trainer profiles are visible through the main site
    3. Additional admin functionality and extended member search and manipulation
    4. Members can be added to the site without a trainer associated to them
    5. Fitness Plan & Workout Generator; Advanced Create Routine Wizard
    6. Completely Automated Solution

    Yes, an Enterprise Account is designed to give businesses the flexibility of having unlimited trainer logins.


  15. How easy is it to create workouts?
    We provide a library of nearly one hundred different workout routines. These workout routines vary from beginner to advanced levels, and can be customized to achieve different fitness goals. You can easily copy them to your profile and make any necessary modifications before adding them to your client's profile.

    In addition, the Routine Wizard gives you the ability to create a routine in seconds. Narrow down muscle groups and equipment, and in a couple more clicks your routine is ready to go!


  16. How easy is it to schedule a workout plan for your clients?
    One of the most time saving features of eFitnessTracker is Fitness Plans. Fitness Plans provide a quick way to add weeks of workouts to your client's calendar. For example, you can design a fitness plan for 4 or 6 weeks. You can then copy this Fitness Plan to your client (all workout routines will be copied to their profile as necessary) and apply it to their fitness calendar. Imagine setting up weeks of workouts in one click!


  17. I am not a dietician. What if I do not feel comfortable offering nutrition advice?
    Give as little or as much advice as you wish. Your clients can still log their diet and you can generally comment on their nutrition without being specific. At the same time, different membership levels offer you the option to turn off some or even the entire Nutrition module.


  18. Can I sync up my client workouts to my Mobile Device?
    Yes. We understand that 3-ring binders make it difficult to see real progress over time. So trade it in the bulky binder for a Mobile Device and watch your productivity soar! You can see days worth of upcoming client workout routines on your mobile to take with you to one-on-one sessions. Our personal trainer customers regularly draw new clients when they use their mobile devices during a training session. Just connect with any smartphone or mobile device to your normal web url, and you will prompted with a mobile web app login option.


  19. Can I email my clients their fitness programs?
    Yes. You can set up your clients to have their upcoming workouts and/or planned daily diet emailed to them automatically each morning. You can also email the workout directly from the workout details.


  20. How do I accommodate my client's different computer experience levels?
    eFitnessTracker gives you the ability to set up membership levels for clients. A membership level determines what features of the application are turned on and off. Don't want your client to work with the Nutrition area? Turn it off. Don't want some clients to have access to their exercise routines? No problem. You can even turn off features but leave the link visible. When clicked by your client, they see a custom message such as: 'Contact me when you are ready to get to the next level'. So now it is easier to have multiple levels of service that you provide, such as Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Gold, Silver, Bronze. Don't forget, this gives you further ammunition to charge differently and offer more options that better fit what your customer is looking for.

    Membership levels will also allow you the option to log client actions, such as modifications to their workout, food diary, measurements, and goals. These modifications will go into a report that you can view or have emailed to you each morning. With this capability, you have constant knowledge of how your client is following your program and if the changes or updates they are making follow your guidelines. What better way to keep your eye on your client while spending a fraction of the time!


  21. Can I add my own exercises or foods to the program?
    Yes. There are currently over 1000 different exercises with image and video in the application, as well as over 7000 foods with nutrition information. To this you can add your own exercises with images and whatever foods you may need.
